President's Message

I am filled with excitement and hope as we begin the 2021-2022 Program Year! We are 48 active mothers strong; dedicated to nurturing future leaders by strengthening children through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic duty.  We will continue our efforts to focus on serving the needs of not only our children, but all children in our community and build upon the foundation of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., through intentional action, service, and generous giving.

Our chapter has a rich history of serving the needs of our children, the children within our communities and our Foundation Partners.  DFW Mid-Cities legacy of leadership and service is known throughout the South Central Region.  I am honored to continue to foster this legacy with such a talented group of women and children.

We seek to provide impactful programming for our children, while diligently cultivating “Leadership for the Next Generation”. We will continue to empower our youth through leadership development, cultural education, and community service.

It is important for us to remember we are empowered to make a difference. Our chapter’s success depends on the foundation we build together through vision, intentional action, and committed membership.  As we continue to press through these unprecedented times of face masks, quarantines, self-isolation, and distance learning, in the midst of a pandemic, I encourage each of us to remain dedicated to pursue our goal of success for the DFW Mid-Cities chapter.

I humbly look forward to working with each of you this year. Thank you in advance for your time, talent, leadership, dedication, service, and treasures.

Blessings,

Alice Dungey
